Respondent’s Database Request
The Zehner Trial Consulting website does provide interested individuals with a link to sign up to be a respondent for research exercises. However, there is no guarantee that you will be selected for a study nor is there any obligation on the part of Zehner Trial Consulting to accept your request to be entered into our database.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zehner Trial Consulting, its affiliates, and its directors, officers, managers, employees, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use or other applicable agreements between you and Zehner Trial Consulting LLC. Zehner Trial Consulting reserves the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under these terms and conditions. In such event, you shall provide Zehner Trial Consulting with such cooperation as is reasonably requested.
